Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, Allan brings 10 years of roofing and custom remodeling experience to every project. He founded Hail Recovery Roofing Team after seeing too many homeowners get talked into unnecessary work — or worse, miss hidden storm damage that turned into a leak months later. Allan still walks the first inspection on most jobs himself, because the roof tells the story and he wants to hear it directly. When he's not on a roof, you'll find him coaching youth sports or hiking the foothills with his family.

Emily keeps the office running so the crew can keep roofs dry. She manages scheduling, customer follow-up, and the documentation that makes insurance claims move smoothly. If you call the office, Emily is usually the friendly voice who answers on the first ring — she believes a quick, honest response is the start of every good job.

James has spent over a decade on Denver rooftops in every season the Rockies can throw at a crew. As Roofing Manager, he runs the field teams, oversees tear-offs and installs to manufacturer spec, and makes sure every site is left cleaner than it was found. He's the reason a two-day estimate actually finishes in two days.

Jason meets homeowners after the inspection and translates roofing into plain English. He walks you through photos, explains the difference between a repair and a replacement, and lays out your options without the upsell pressure. His goal is for you to understand your roof better than most contractors would let you.

Collin specializes in storm-damage assessments and the insurance side of the job. He meets adjusters on-site, builds the photo and documentation packet, and tracks the claim so homeowners don't have to chase it. He'll tell you straight whether the damage is worth a claim or not — even if that means no job for the team that day.
